The ProblemAggregating data across subscriptions and offering individual support was not enough for internal product champions to show ROI to their stakeholders (e.g., board members, social impact investors).

The product roadmap and service blueprint needed to be reframed to help enterprise clients understand the ROI of their subscription.

Testing revealed two clear opportunities for the roadmap: Jargon-free documents narrating the ROI for each organization and a feature to facilitate data conversations between organizations.
I brought together Data Science, Service Design, and UX Research functions to prototype, test, and iterate.
